NYSIM IT is committed to support your program and learners

Our IT experts are here to provide you the support you may need to ensure the success of your programs. The NYSIM IT team specializes in Simulation hardware and software support including:

  • B-Line SimCapture Enterprise Pro products.
  • Laerdal, Gaumard and CAE Manikins and Simulators.
  • Audio Visual Support.

Basic services that NYSIM IT offers are:

  • Guest Wireless access.
  • Windows 10 workstations.
  • Video Capture and Playback from B-Line SimCapture.
  • Live Streaming from B-Line's SimCapture Enterprise Pro at NYSIM (onsite only).
  • Classroom and Conference Room presentation capabilities.
  • Video Conferencing (via Cisco or Polycom systems).
