Alex Mack - Program Supervisor

Alex Mack has been with our team for 2.5 years. She has had the roles of Simulation Operations Spe- cialist and Senior Operations Specialist. With the support of the Standardized Patient (SP) Program team and the guidance of Dr. Zabar, Alex has transformed the standardized patient program processes at NYSIM. We are fortunate to be able to promote her to a Program Supervisor Role. In this new role Alex will continue to support programs but will also supervise NYSIM standardized patient processes and programmatic changes including technology needs; assist with NYSIM website design; and recruit, train and supervise staff within the SP program.
